Explorer Lesson 1: We are Multi-Dimensional Travelers
Glynis: Why is the Explorer Aspect of Self so essential to achieving Conscious Ascension?
Amonett: The Explorer aspect of self is by far the most fun, yet challenging part of Self, relying on the trust of one's adventurous side and survival instincts. Our light bodies are multi-dimensional and capable of moving through time and space as particles of light. I will go into more detail on this later. Suffice to say, without the explorer aspect, we would not be having this conversation.
The expansion of the soul would not be possible without the abilities acquired by your explorer aspect. By explore, I mean traveling beyond your conscious Self, gathering, and retrieving valuable knowledge and information essential to your spiritual growth and ascension.
So, the answer to your question? You cannot consciously ascend if you do not have the skills to navigate beyond the physical plane of existence.
Glynis: Where do I begin? How do I access my Explorer skills?
Amonett: Remember when I came to you in the dream with the sphere? Go back and refresh your memory. The sphere is a multi-dimensional travel device that you chose as your primary source of interdimensional travel. This is an excellent place to start.
Glynis: How does the Explorer Aspect fit into the Ascension process?
Amonette: To ascend means to move upward. When you move, you are constantly traveling, exploring. The Explorer's role is to guide the soul to the destinations safely.
You cannot ascend without movement. However, to advance beyond the third dimension requires the knowledge of the universal grid.
Glynis: Universal Grid?
Amonette: The universal grid is the astrological mapping system used to navigate the universe in which we exist. By raising your vibration level you can tap into your divine guidance system, therefore, gain access to your (M)ulti-(D)imensional (T)ravel device. A soul's traveling device is unique to its primal soul's origin, many being the Merkabah. Your sphere IS a Merkabah!
Glynis: Explain what a Merkabah is, please?
Amonette: The Merkabah is the spherical light form that the human light body takes on when engaging in inter-dimensional travel by first accessing the divine guidance system.
Glynis: How do we access our divine guidance system?
Amonette: At the end of today's lesson, I will leave you with a meditation to tap into your Divine Guidance System or DGS. From there, you will access your MDT device. Once you are present with your device, the universe is your oyster, hehe. But remember, you will need to be in a higher state of consciousness. This takes much practice, therefore may take multiple attempts, for many, to gain access.
With access, you will be capable of traveling throughout time and space expeditiously. For physical constraints no longer bind you. This is what I meant when I told you that our light bodies are multi-dimensional and capable of moving through time and space as particles of light.
Glynis: Is this what is known as Astral Travel or Out of Body Experience?
Amonette: Yes!
Glynis: Awesome! Then I am ready to learn the meditation.
Amonette: Wonderful.
First, you must ground your physical body to Mother Earth.
Meditation:
Get to a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Feel free to play calming music, light a candle, soak in the tub, etc. Whatever helps you to escape from your human normalities.
Now, close your eyes and take several deep cleansing breaths. Allow your body to go limp. When you are ready, visualize yourself standing barefoot in a field of green grass or wildflowers blowing in the cool breeze. The ground is soft and warm to the touch. You are reminded of the worry-free time in your youth when you had the freedom to run, play, and laugh, with no worries or concerns beyond that moment. You smile. You close your eyes and lift your face to the sky, feeling the warm sun against your skin, and take a deep breath. The sweet aroma of the wildflowers tickles your nose. You feel at one with nature.
Visualize your feet becoming rooted to the ground and give thanks to Mother Earth for her protection and security while you travel beyond the veil.
Your ethereal body begins to ascend as your physical body remains, anchoring you to Earth. You are now floating above Earth's atmosphere when you see a small floating mass of land. As you approach, you step onto the surface and look around. You have arrived at your private sanctuary. You begin to create a scene that brings you peace and security. Perhaps a small pool of sacred water surrounded by a grove of trees, a hidden cave behind a waterfall, a field of flowers with a gazebo in the center…whatever you desire.
Now place a beautiful bench or a set of chairs in your sanctuary. Take a seat and invite your Explorer Aspect to join you. Call on them by their given name if you have assigned them one.
Once seated, repeat this phrase three times: I am expanding my horizons, I am expanding my horizons, I am expanding my horizons.
Ask your Explorer Aspect: "Please guide me as I embark on a cosmic journey. As I stand before my multi-dimensional Travel Device (MDT), reveal the coordinates to a location that will benefit me, at this moment, in my ascension process.
Now sit back and enjoy the ride. See the unseen as you expand your horizons.
When you are ready, return to your sanctuary. Feel free to linger if you wish.
Give thanks and tell your Explorer Aspect to go with Love & Light.
When you are ready to return to your physical body, simply visualize your ethereal body descending back to Earth and returning to your earthly body.
And so it is.
Glynis: How beautiful! Can we enter our sanctuary and invite our other aspects of self to join us as well?
Amonette: Yes! It is encouraged. Your sanctuary is uniquely yours to invite whomever you desire. AND, you may even choose to visualize whatever scene you wish to accommodate the visit or situation you are facilitating, such as healing, or reunion with your ancestors.
